**Other things to note**:

• Shared Driveway: The driveway is shared with the neighboring studio unit. Please park thoughtfully and avoid blocking the other guest's vehicle or parking space.
• Shared Garage Amenities: The garage is shared by both units and includes a ping pong table, foosball table, and a washer and dryer for guests to enjoy.
• Private Backyard: The backyard is exclusively for your use. The separate studio above the garage has its own private balcony, so you may occasionally see other guests enjoying the outdoor space. We kindly ask everyone to respect each other's privacy and keep noise at a considerate level.
• Indoor Blankets: Please keep all blankets indoors. They are provided for indoor use only and should not be taken outside.
• Waterfront Safety: While the home is located on the waterfront, there is no direct water or beach access from the backyard. For your safety, please do not climb over or go beyond the backyard fence. The property sits on a bluff overlooking the water, and the slope beyond the fence is steep and potentially dangerous. Children should be supervised at all times while outdoors.
• Please note that occasional aircraft noise may be heard from the property. It is generally infrequent but worth mentioning so guests can book with confidence.

About the Reservation

• Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to the original cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• 30+ Night Reservations: A double cleaning fee, tenant screening, a signed lease agreement, and a security deposit are required to fully confirm reservations of 30 nights or longer.

House Rules

• No Parties or Events
  Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors.
• Occupancy
  The number of overnight guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
• No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
  Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. A 0 fee may apply for violations. If smoking or vaping outdoors, please stay away from doors and windows and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Property Care & Damages
  Please treat the home and its contents with care. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or other costs resulting from misuse or violations of these house rules.
• Restricted Areas
  Please do not access locked owner closets, storage areas, maintenance areas, or any other spaces not designated for guest use.
• Fire Safety & Burn Bans
  Please follow all local burn bans and fire restrictions. Do not use fire pits, charcoal grills, or other open flames when a burn ban prohibits their use.
