Eva’s journey began when she turned a beautiful home on a bluff looking West to the Pacific Ocean in Oak Harbor, Whidbey Island into a highly sought after vacation rental. She is also a Washington-licensed realtor, a mom to a constantly-shedding dog, loves exploring Alaska and enjoys her morning coffee.

Joanne’s journey began when she turned a modern townhome into a successful short-term rental in one of Seattle’s most popular neighborhoods, Capitol Hill. She is also a mom to a baby, a dog and two cats, loves cooking, and can’t resist a good chocolate eclair.

Nick’s journey began when he remodeled a waterfront cabin on Camano Island into a beautiful and modern vacation rental. He is also the founder of two other successful companies, GPS Renting and GPS Real Estate, a dad to three beautiful daughters and author of the Amazon bestseller, “Two Dads and Three Girls”.
