**Traveling with a Larger Group?**
If you need additional space, the Main House on the property may also be available to reserve. It's a great option for extended family or friends traveling together while still enjoying separate living spaces. **Other things to note**:

• Studio Layout: This is a studio-style rental with no separate bedroom. The living, sleeping, dining, and kitchenette areas are all part of one open-concept space.
• Shared Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the shared garage and are available for guests from both units. Please be considerate of other guests and avoid leaving laundry unattended for extended periods.
• Shared Driveway: The driveway is shared with the Main House. Please park thoughtfully and avoid blocking the driveway or the other guests' vehicle.
• Shared Garage Game Room: The garage is shared by both units and includes a ping pong table and foosball table for guests to enjoy.
• Shared Outdoor Spaces: Your private balcony is exclusively for your use. The backyard below is reserved exclusively for Main House guests. You may occasionally see other guests enjoying their outdoor space, and we kindly ask everyone to respect each other's privacy and keep noise at a considerate level.
• Waterfront Safety:The property sits on a waterfront bluff with a steep slope leading down to the shoreline. There is no direct beach access from the property. For your safety, please do not attempt to access the bluff or climb beyond any fences or barriers. If you'd like to enjoy the beach, Ledgewood Beach County Park is just a short walk away.
• Please note that occasional aircraft noise may be heard from the property. It is generally infrequent but worth mentioning so guests can book with confidence.

About the Reservation

• Identity Verification: By booking our home, you agree to complete a third-party identity verification. The screening must be completed within 3 days of booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever comes first, to fully confirm your reservation. Please contact us if you'd like a copy of our complete guest screening terms.
• Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Shortened stays and date changes remain subject to the original cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• 30+ Night Reservations: Reservations of 30 nights or longer require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, a signed lease agreement, and a security deposit before the reservation can be fully confirmed.

House Rules

• No Pets: This is a pet-free home. Unauthorized pets are subject to a 0 fee.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including all outdoor areas.
• No Digital Piracy: Illegal downloading or streaming using the property's internet connection is strictly prohibited.
• Shoes Off Indoors: Please remove your shoes while inside the home.
• Rule Violations: Violations of these house rules are subject to a 0 fee per violation.
