- This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times.
- While the dock is private to the property, lake access is shared with one neighboring family located behind the home. They may occasionally access the lake from the dock.

- 1st Floor: Queen Bedroom with bathroom, living Room + kitchen + spacious yard with outdoor seating and BBQ.
- 2nd Floor: Master's Bedroom with ensuite bathroom + Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and a full bathroom and a kids playroom with toys and kids tent.
- Identity Verification: By booking our home, you agree to complete a third-party identity verification. The screening must be completed within 3 days of booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever comes first, to fully confirm your reservation. Please contact us if you'd like a copy of our complete guest screening terms.
- Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Shortened stays and date changes remain subject to the original cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- 30+ Night Reservations: Reservations of 30 nights or longer require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, a signed lease agreement, and a security deposit before the reservation can be fully confirmed.
House Rules
- This is a small dog pet friendly home (cats are not allowed) and we charge a fee of /night but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including all outdoor areas.
- No Digital Piracy: Illegal downloading or streaming using the property's internet connection is strictly prohibited.
- Shoes Off Indoors: Please remove your shoes while inside the home.
- Rule Violations: Violations of these house rules are subject to a 0 fee per violation.
