• Air Conditioning — AC is only available in the living room and 3rd floor bedroom. Fans are provided in each bedroom on the 2nd floor for comfort.

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
• The number of overnight guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
• Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. A 0 fee may apply for violations. If smoking or vaping outdoors, please stay away from doors and windows and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Please treat the home and its contents with care. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or other costs resulting from misuse or violations of these house rules.
• Pet-Free: This is a pet-free home. Unauthorized pets are subject to a 0 fee.

About the Reservation

• Identity Verification: By booking our home, you agree to complete a third-party identity verification. The screening must be completed within 3 days of booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever comes first.
• Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Shortened stays and date changes remain subject to the original cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• 30+ Night Reservations: Reservations of 30 nights or longer require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, a signed lease agreement, and a security deposit before the reservation can be fully confirmed.
