Step into our high-ceiling living room with a cozy fireplace and piano, then discover thoughtful touches throughout, from the fully stocked gourmet kitchen to the charming backyard studio with cozy outdoor seating and a relaxing hammock, perfect for unwinding. You’re just minutes from the stunning 20-acre Kubota Garden and the beautiful Lake Washington shores at Be’er Sheva Park, while downtown Seattle remains easily accessible via Light Rail. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventures, city exploration, or simply to unwind in a peaceful setting, this home provides everything you need for an unforgettable Seattle experience! ?

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
•Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

• This is not a pet friendly home. 0 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. 0 fine per violation.
