• This is a 1,950 sq ft single-level home with all living spaces on one floor, including the living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.

Other things to note

• Fireplace: The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.
• Pets: Well-trained dogs are welcome. A per night pet fee applies. Please include your dog when making your reservation.
• Exterior Camera: For safety and security, there is an exterior camera by the front door. It monitors exterior areas only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
• Unfenced Property: The property is not fully fenced. Guests traveling with children or pets should keep this in mind during their stay.

House Rules

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
• The number of overnight guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
• Indoors Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home. A 0 fee may apply for violations. If smoking or vaping outdoors, please stay away from doors and windows and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Please treat the home and its contents with care. Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or other costs resulting from misuse or violations of these house rules.

About the Reservation

• Identity Verification: By booking our home, you agree to complete a third-party identity verification. The screening must be completed within 3 days of booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever comes first.
• Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Shortened stays and date changes remain subject to the original cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• 30+ Night Reservations: Reservations of 30 nights or longer require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, a signed lease agreement, and a security deposit before the reservation can be fully confirmed.
