The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is around 1000 sqft. This is a 5 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Entrance & Foyer. Locked door that lead to a connected studio unit.
• Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, big office desk w/monitior and chair, ensuite bath with bath tub & shower combo. Laundry. Heat only.
• Third Floor: Living room with King size pull out bed, smart TV, dining. Open floor plan, bright and airy. Air conditioned.
• Fouth Floor: Primary bedroom with Cali King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned.
• Fifth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating, hammock.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Kindly note that there is ongoing construction noise coming from across the street. This may cause some disturbance during your stay.
• This home joins a studio unit next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way.
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; /night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out.

• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. 0 fine per violation.
