Many of our homes are available for monthly stays, and we have years of experience working with corporate relocations and insurance adjusters to find the right fit for the people they’re placing. A few things to know before you book: monthly stays are subject to the Washington Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18). For any stay longer than 30 days, we require a signed lease along with a standard application and screening process, and pricing is seasonal. Ready to start?
